The Office was established on 2002 and since that time, the office has served Badan Arbitrase National Indonesia (BANI) in facing various cases, including but not limited to the annulment of arbitration petition case, legal suit against arbitrators and legal suit challenge against the appointment of arbitrators. Along with that, the Office has engaged in various cases of arbitration, including representing state owned companies. These experiences has furnished the Office with deep knowledge in arbitration matters.
