Prior established the Office, Mr. Adhitya worked as legal litigation manager in state owned company for years. Those experiences have accumulated him in a great deal of litigation cases, mostly in Maritime, Shipping and Arbitration Law.

During establishing the Office, from 2001 – present, Mr. Adhitya is enriching his knowledge in arbitration and has successfully introducing the Office to its clients with superb services, which has been proven by serving BANI in numerous cases, including but not limited to the annulment of arbitration petition case, legal suit against arbitrators and legal suit challenge against the appointment of arbitrators.

Mr. Adhitya speaks English and Bahasa.
