OUR OFFICE
The Office was established on 2002 and since that time, the office has a long range in serving legal matters for representing Badan Arbitrase National Indonesia (BANI) in facing various cases, including but not limited to the annulment of arbitration petition case, legal suit against arbitrators and legal suit challenge against the appointment of arbitrators. These experiences furnish the Office with deep knowledge of arbitration and litigation.
